Westgate Shopping Mall Christmas Promotion Terms and Conditions
(1st November 2023– 31st January 2024)
1.
The Westgate Shopping Mall Christmas promotion will commence from 1st November 2023 to 31st January 2024. Draw to be conducted on Friday 3rd February 2024 at noon.
2.
Shoppers will be entitled to one unique code after they download the Westgate Shopping Mall App from Google store/Apple store and daily purchase worth Ksh.1,000 cumulative value made at Westgate Shopping Mall retail outlets; except Banks, Forex exchange, Gift vouchers and Payment of bills.
3.
Shoppers will be required to scan their receipts using the Westgate Shopping Mall APP which will collect the shopper’s details and information required i.e., name, email, phone number, ID Number / Passport and store name.
4.
Registration confirmation will be sent to the shoppers via email, instant mobile SMS and WhatsApp.
5.
Every amount spent is rounded DOWN to the nearest thousand.
6.
For Every Ksh.1,000 spent cumulatively, 1 point will be earned to the unique code issued and a confirmation will be sent via email, SMS and WhatsApp.
7.
For Shoppers to confirm the points earned, they can log on to www.westgate.co.ke and enter their unique code or check on the Westgate Mobile App Christmas campaign portal.
8.
An assigned unique code can only be used once.
9.
Each code with value “Assigned” is entered automatically into the final draw.
10.
Each unique code carries its owner’s information.
11.
The grand draw will be conducted at Westgate Shopping Mall at noon on 3rd February 2024 in the presence of the Betting Control & Licensing Board (BCLB) representative.
12.
The grand prizes: First Prize South African Airways Return Tickets for Two- and 5- nights stay at JW Marriot, The Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa – Mauritius worth USD 5,813 (KES 871,950); Second Prize Digital Baby Grand Piano worth Ksh.500,000 and Third Prize Home Furniture worth Ksh.500,000.

On the final draw, any code assigned “Winner” CANNOT win again.
14.
Selection is RANDOM and UNPREDICTABLE over a 10 second selection process.
15.
Any prizes won may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
16.
The Grand prize winners will be notified via telephone number +254 719557775.
17.
Employees of Westgate Shopping Mall, tenants, Althaus Services Limited and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
18.
Any prize not claimed by 3rd May 2024 will be surrendered to the Betting Control & Licensing Board.
19.
Failure to comply with the terms and conditions shall result in a participant’s disqualification with consultation with BCLB.
*Participating outlets exclude Banks, Forex Bureau, Airtime, Gift Vouchers and Payment of bills.
